A flash back picture of my wonderful family at Christmas time. A day I was able to enjoy. I took advantage because you never know when the darn seizure monster will appear. Sure enough seizures did come the next day.
Time For A Break
It has been very rough lately with storms causing more seizure activity nocturnal, day and Fibromyalgia to boot. Due to this it has been difficult to get my blogging completed, some form of exercise, and spending time with my family. Unfortunately; I have been on the couch mostly and for me it makes me angry for not getting things done. My boys and hubby also having to take care of me and also deal with my moodiness up and down which they don't deserve.
As I spoke in an earlier blog, I talk about taking care of yourself and also how important family is to me. Currently in my own eyes I am failing at both.
Due to this I am going to take a bit of a break from blogging, to let my mind and body rest. By taking a break, I can focus on my own meditation, and exercise time when I am capable. By taking care of myself, it will allow me to enjoy more time with my boys as they are only home a short time. Plus I need to stay sharp around these 3, you can see by our pic that not only am I out numbered, I am also outsized:) I wouldn't want it anyother way.
